The common way to reach Novosibirsk is via Moscow by Air Services:
Transfer in Moscow
The best way of getting to Novosibirsk via Moscow is by plane. Nine planes a day follow the route Novosibirsk-Moscow. The airlines operating these flights are spread in the following order: "S7" features five flights daily, "Transaero" has two and "Aeroflot" proposes to its passengers three flights a day. Almost all the planes take off from the international "Domodedovo" airport, "Aeroflot" being the only exception; its planes voyage to Novosibirsk from the international "Sheremetyevo" airport. It is advisable to choose the former one which is considered to be more modern.
If you have arrived at "Domodedovo" airport (DME), after passing passport check and picking up you baggage, you should go out to the main building and register to the flight to Novosibirsk.
Domestic and international flights in "Sheremetyevo" airport (SVO) are serviced by terminal 1 and terminals 2 and 3, correspondingly. Flight to Novosibirsk is located in terminal 1. If you have arrived at terminal 3, you can walk to terminal 1 – the distance between the buildings is about 300 meters.
If you have arrived at terminal 2 and flight to Novosibirsk from terminal 1, after passing passport check and going out to the arrival lounge (the first floor of the terminal), you should find the "Aeroflot" Transfer Booth at the lounge center and learn from the desk clerk the time and place of departure of the next shuttle bus to terminal 1. They may request you to show your ticket. This bus will deliver you to terminal 1. The distance between the terminals is about 7 kilometers. If no traffic jams, it takes about 10 minutes.
Important! When checking in your baggage at the beginning of your travel, you should ask the operator about the transfer of your baggage. Most likely, you will have to receive it in Moscow, in the arrival terminal and register it again for the Moscow – Novosibirsk flight.
Transfer in Novosibirsk
Novosibirsk Airport "Tolmachevo" is located about 40 km from the Akademgorodok. The Organizing Committee will meet all participants at "Tolmachevo" airport and provide transportation to the hotel. The Organizing Committee asks the participants to inform Ivan Zykov by e-mail about arrival date, time, airline and flight number to arrange the meeting. A member of organizing committee will wait for participants in the arrival zone with a note “Chromosome 2012”.

Russian speaking service operators may not understand well English, so ask help airport personnel. "Tolmachevo" – "Zolotaya dolina" (Akademgorodok) taxi-trip will cost 550 Russian roubles (baggage trasportation included).
